Poster preparation

Posters shall be prepared in DINA0 size (841 × 1189 mm), portrait format, in English language. Material: paper. 
Mounting material will be available on site. All poster boards will be numbered. Staff will assist you
in locating your poster wall and setting up your poster.

Important information

Please note that there will be a change of the posters on Monday evening, July 6th evening so the Poster Presentation will be divided into two Sessions.

Your poster will be presented in the Session Title (Spalte V)

Poster Session 1:
Posters of Poster Session 1 should be mounted on Saturday, July 4th between 03:00 PM - 06:00 PM and have to be removed until Monday, July 6th between 06:00 PM – 07:00 PM. 

Poster Session 2: 
Posters of Poster Session 2 should be mounted on Tuesday morning, July 7th until 10:00 AM and have to be removed on Wednesday, July 8th between 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM.

Please remove your poster at the above indicated time as remaining posters cannot be stored and will be disposed. 

Poster Discussions
Poster discussion sessions are from 01:30 PM – 03:00 PM from Sunday to Wednesday. The sessions will be split between odd and even poster numbers, so presenters have 45 minutes to present their posters:

Odd numbers:  01:30 PM - 02:15 PM
Even numbers: 02:15 PM - 03:00 PM

Authors must be present at their poster session. This will be your opportunity for discussions and questions.

Publication
All abstracts will be published online in the FEBS Journal.

Please note that the acceptance of your abstract does not include congress registration. At least one author (the first or the presenting author) is therefore kindly asked to register for the congress using following link: https://febs2015.org/Participant-Registration.632.0.html
